Subject: Changes in the leadership of the party.
On April 26, 2004 the Executive committee approved the following changes within the party leadership.
1. Mr. Bosco Rwiyamirira has been appointed to head the commission of information.
2. Mr. Narcisse Gakuba has been appointed to head the commission of plan.
3. Mr. David Nkurunziza has been appointed to head the commission on diplomacy and cooperation.
4. Mr. Etienne Masozera has been appointed to head the commission on mobilization, in addition to the finance.
5. Mr. Gallican Gasana has been appointed acting Secretary General.
These changes are effective immediately.
Please support these individuals and other heads of commissions in their respective roles.
We take this opportunity to recognize the contributions of all members to the struggle to
transform Rwanda into a lawful nation state. We particularly thank Mr. Gratien Rudakubana who is no longer with our organization.
Rudakubana had been a valuable member of our party from its inception. His services were greatly appreciated. We wish him success
in his future endeavors.
